MCA ADVISORY _Preventive measure for the spread of COVID-19
Due to the pandemic threat of COVID-19 and in order to generate great Awareness and confidence in our state of readiness, MCA has issued an advisory for Companies and LLP’s.
“WORK FROM HOME” POLICY till 31 st March 2020
As per the MCA Advisory on 19.03.2020, Companies and LLPs are advised to put in place a policy of “Work from Home” via CAR 2020 till 31st March 2020.
CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness toward COVID-19): The web form named CAR (Company Affirmation of Readiness toward COVID-19) is in the process of developing and deploying on the MCA portal on 23rd March 2020.
Accordingly, Companies and LLPs are required to file this form CAR with MCA on 23rd March 2020, giving confirmation to the Compliance of Preventive measures. This form should be filed by an Authorised Signatory of the respective companies and LLP’s.
On 23 rd March, Instant: All Companies and LLPs are requested to report their Compliance by filing the aforesaid web form on 23rd March 2020, instant by using the web service of the MCA portal.
